Hey there! As an UltimateFan, I can't help but get excited about all the trade rumors swirling around the NHL. The talk about Arber Xhekaj and the Montreal Canadiens is particularly intriguing. Xhekaj is a young, promising defenseman with a lot of potential, and I think the Canadiens would be wise to hold onto him for now. He's got that physical edge that can be a real asset on the blue line, and at just 23 years old, there's still plenty of room for him to develop his game.

I understand the temptation to trade him, especially with the interest he's generating, but unless the return is something that significantly boosts the team's future, it might be better to keep him in the fold. The Canadiens have a lot of depth on defense, but you never know when injuries might strike, and having a player like Xhekaj could be crucial.

What do you think? Should the Habs hold onto Xhekaj, or is it time to see what they can get for him on the trade market?
